History

Integrative Strategies was first formed in the late 1990’s to help growing business bring their strategic vision into reality.  We focused on helping organizations articulate their mission. We helped them to evaluate alternative approaches to reaching the associated goals and objectives.  Later on, we established Integrative Strategies 3D to work Section 8(a) small and disadvantaged businesses under the Small Business Administration to promote their economic independence.

integrative Strategies evolves constantly, learning from every assignment and carrying our accumulated knowledge and experience forward to every next task.  We have observed how frequently performance outcomes fall short of management’s best best intentions.  As we examined the root causes of these problems, we came to realize that there was work to be done between planning and execution. Today, at Integrative Strategies, we concentrate on certain key drivers of performance success, implementing critical organizational processes, people and information to close the gap.
